TQS-HC-A adopts the convenient features of TQS-SP in terms of product management and serialisation, expanding them with a final completeness check by means of weight. Optional modules integrate the functionalities of our compact Tamper-Evident technology and country-specific vignette applicator.

The folding boxes are received from the upstream cartoner over a perfectly synchronised, adjustable top belt. This high precision product transport is the basis for smoothly guided coding and final verification. Products with faulty codes are discharged into a separate, lockable container in front of the weighing belt. Products with a faulty weight use a second ejection system directly behind the weighing belt. Thanks to ConfigureFast, identical print data is sent directly to the printer and to the camera‘s print imager; all system components are quickly and easily controlled from one single user interface without having to switch programs.

The HC-M-WD from Wipotec provides a reliable and robust checkweigher in an innovative, hygienic washdown design. This model meets all statutory provisions for the food processing industry like IFS-compliant product control, and HACCP or LMHV/FDA (Food Hygiene Regulations).

Wipotec developed these dynamic checkweighers, which deliver outstanding values in terms of precision and throughput, to be maintenance-free, with stainless servo motors for use in operations with intensive and frequent cleanings.

The well-designed performance features of the HC-M-WD model satisfy all cleaning criteria and the most stringent hygienic requirements of the food industry. An optional cleaning program package enables risk-free cleaning while in operation. The stainless steel design of the precision Weigh Cell by Wipotec with sloping housing and separate base for a vibration­free integration in the machine frame ensures reliable and highly precise results.

The series SW-WD-FS Weigh Cells cover the weighing range up to 2,000 g. They have been specifically designed as compact sensor components, meaning they are especially suited for installation into multi-track applications and everywhere where small frame sizes are demanded.

By using a special construction, all Weigh Cells are suitable for Wash Down applications IP 69K.

The Weigh Cell comes standard equipped - in connection with a separate electronic box – to supply final weighing values via a CAN, RS 422, Profibus DP, Profinet IO, Ethernet/IP or EtherCAT interface as ready to connect modular components.

The integrated software filters can be configured in many ways, enabling optimal adaptation of the weighing system to the respective ambient conditions. The Weigh Cells extensive command set facilitates simplified control engineering integration.
Complemented by a variety of options, the Weigh Cell can also fulfill very specific requirements.

All modules under one control

Traditionally, the more components you add to a process, the more complex it becomes. The Traceable Quality System combines all functions in its central control, making operation as simple and safe as possible. Its modular design allows full integration of marking and verifying, labeling, weighing, metal detection and many more tasks for an outstanding variety of products.

With a variety of handling modules at disposal, the system will easily adjust to most product dimensions and packaging types. Whether it is made to fit directly after the filler or at the end of the packaging line, the result is that only 100% verified products move forward in the process.
