The new control generation for the VC999 vacuum chamber belt machines sets new standards in terms of modernity, speed, and storage capacity. The K7S control impresses with its compact design, numerous interfaces, and protocol options that offer high flexibility. Additionally, the K7S convinces with a new, user-friendly operating concept.

Quick-Mode for simplified operation – everything at a glance
A special highlight of the new control is the Quick-Mode. This mode clearly displays the most important functions on a single screen. All relevant production data is available at a glance, and thanks to the favorites list, four preferred recipes can be displayed directly. This ensures significantly faster operation and increases efficiency in the production process.

Easy transition for existing customers
Do you already own a VC999 vacuum chamber belt machine? Then you can immediately benefit from the new control – the operating concept is identical to other VC999 machines. This eliminates the need for extensive training and familiarization with the new user interface.

OPC UA interface for easy evaluation of production metrics
Optionally, the OPC UA interface can be integrated – a powerful data analysis system based on the Weihenstephan standards. Through this interface, you can retrieve important production metrics in real-time, such as order data, machine status, and error and warning messages. The evaluation of this data is thereby significantly simplified and can be displayed quickly and clearly.
