Our invention introduces a hygienic conveyor belt that stands out from the typical wire mesh choices.

In our design, we have taken the utmost care to follow the strict guidelines of USDA and FDA, ensuring exceptional hygiene standards. The Sani Series is available in stainless steel 304 and 316. The range includes three models: Sani Curve, Sani Line, and Sani Transfer.

New improved conveyor belt material for the Sani Series

Jonge Poerink Conveyors is pleased to announce a material upgrade for our Sani Series belt used in the Sani Curve and Sani Line conveyor systems. The new belt, made from Delrin®, a highly durable, food-safe material, offers enhanced wear resistance and improved product safety, ensuring a superior conveyor experience for our customers.

The transition from Ultraform® to Delrin® marks a significant performance upgrade. This homopolymer is more wear-resistant and has several key benefits:

Metal detectors and x-rays detect particles, ensuring their identification to prevent food contamination.
Delrin® offers better durability, longer belt life, and lower maintenance costs.
It complies with both FDA and European food safety standards.

The new conveyor belt meets the high hygiene standards of our conveyors with a durable and easy-to-clean design. This upgrade increases operational efficiency and product safety while remaining fully compatible with existing systems.

JPFD Series

Do you want to transfer small products safely from one conveyor to another? The Cleatrac transfer may be the optimal solution. This connecting link's stainless steel conveyor is resistant to high and low temperatures, ideal for many sectors in the food processing industry. The unique knife takeovers guarantee a smooth transfer of your products.

The MP Transfer

The MP Transfer conveyor allows tight, smooth takeovers that accurately fit your production line. With its small belt pitch and nose radius, this transfer conveyor is ideal for handling small, delicate products in the food and non-food industries. The Micro-Pitch durable, wear-resistant belt made of POM Acetal eliminates the use of bearings and thus lubrication. In short, it is a top product often supplied with our curves or spirals.

KPA-KRM Conveyor

The KPA-KRM Conveyor is a true all-rounder that has its place in many production environments. Due to its high chemical resistance, this modular straight belt with plastic panels is suitable for conveying packaged and unpackaged food products. The robust belt allows for large dimensions in length and width.
