The raw materials come in directly and continuously into the machine supply hopper, with no product retaining nor temperature increase of the raw material. Producing MDM (Mechanically Deboned Meat) or MRM (Mechanically Recovered Meat) with excellent texture, high quality and low calcium content. The Hightech line of Emulsifiers EM features cutting systems with up to 4 discs, ensuring high efficiency in the emulsification and homegenization process. Our Emulsifiers can be used with automatic control of pressure and temperature, through a PID system as well as pt sensors. The equipament may have a vacuum system, for better emulsification quality by eliminating air in the mixture.

The Hightech Massagers (MAS) are manufactured entirely of stainless steel, have robust construction and simplified solution, since its body is fixed and its axis is mobile. This design maximizes the quality of the final product while improving the safety of the equipment. These machines offer operational facilities, such as: vacuum generation, automatic inputs and outputs, embedded software, revenue storage function, optimizing production time. Massagers can be jacketed and/or coated and have weighing system as an option.

The Hightech Massagers (MAS) are manufactured with a production capacity of 500 to 10000 liters.

The Hightech Sigma Mixer (MTS) is manufactured entirely of stainless steel, it has concentric propellers with individual drive and its interface offers programmable controls. It has a front discharge system that guarantees complete emptying and reduction of processing time. In addition, due to the Sigma propeller model, its construction is compact and the propeller contact with the product is precise and smooth.

The Hightech Sigma Mixers (MTS) are manufactured with a production capacity of 500 to 2000 liters.
