Production data logging and production control
With Q-Chess Mobile, you can quickly and easily collect relevant operating data with the mobile app and use the collected data to control production and/or evaluate it later to optimise production processes.

Bridging the gap
Q-Chess Mobile can exchange data with existing IT systems (such as ERP, MES or LIMS) via any interface, so that an integrated quality management process can be mapped on the basis of Q-Chess Mobile workflows.
For example, the data collected via the Q-Chess Mobile App can be used to:

• Block/release batches
• Post batches from warehouse A to warehouse B,
• request further inspections by the QM management if, for example, quality characteristics are not 100% complied with or automatically generate deviations.

Q-Chess Mobile thus becomes the "link" between production and quality management and enables seamless data exchange between the IT systems involved.

Management Dashboard
With the Q-Chess Management Dashboard, production-critical data is immediately available for evaluation and it is ensured that the acting persons are always informed about the current status of the running production.
