Construction: The working pan is made of the highest quality stainless steel, which is additionally thermally insulated both around the perimeter and underneath. An integral part of this construction is the built-in spout guide.

The entire body of the pan is based on a solid profile, which is placed on four legs with the possibility of height adjustment. Inside the bowl there are stirrer elements, which effectively scrape the remains from the bottom and side walls of the pan, ensuring even coverage of the entire surface.

Each scraper is equipped with replaceable Teflon scraper elements. The pan is equipped with an advanced control system that allows you to adjust the temperature and operating time based on data from a temperature sensor located at the bottom. The system also includes an additional sensor that protects the heaters from overheating.
