Flexo printing is an unique method of presenting packaging and creating added value to the standard product. ATE PLAST OOD offers flexo printing up to 8 + 1 colors for excellent product presentation. Basic working materials are: LDPE, BOPET, BOPP, BOPA, HDPE, MDPE, PE-EVOH-PE, CPP.
For the production of flat foils for automatic packaging lines, wicket and vacuum packaging, we are technologically equipped with flexo printing machines with a maximum printing width - up to 1300 mm. We cover the whole range of printing repeat length up to 800 mm.
For the production of tubes, half-tubes, bags, covers and sheets, we have a flexographic printing machine with a working width of 1050 mm, maximum printing step 960 mm.

DESIGN AND PRE-PRINT:
We have a team of professionals that can make prepress preparation of your files and develop the design requested by the client.
We work mainly in the CMYK range, for specific colours, we also use the Pantone scale inks. The color sample makes it easy to know exactly what will come out as a print, and the first time you start a new project, you shall be invited to approve the print.
LAMINATION:
Laminating allows the production of combined packaging with different structure: PET/PE, BOPP/BOPP, BOPP/CPP, PET/BOPP, PET/CPP, PET/PE-EVOH-PE, PET/PE-PA-PE, PET- ALU-PE and many others.
Each foil, itself brings different properties to the combined final foil structure – increased heat resistance, better adhesive properties, elasticity and puncture resistance, barrier properties. The success is based on the right choice of the most appropriate film combination, determining the quality of the packaging and the shelflife of the final product.
The laminating equipment follows the demand, generated of the parameters of the printing machines – maximum width up to 1300 mm, cylinders for different widths, lamination technology – solventless.
Types of structures: OPET/LDPE, BOPP/LDPE, OPET/PE-EVOH-PE, OPET/PE-PA-PE, OPET/metOPET/LDPE, BOPP/metBOPP/PE, OPET/aluminum/PE, BOPP/aluminum/PE and others.
Some of the lamination films are designed to meet the objectives of sustainability and environmental protection.
