The E30 Series with a pitch of 30 mm is particularly suitable for conveying and lifting small products at high speeds.
The drive is provided by the central part of the modules and can therefore be used as a bi-directional belt.
Its extraordinary flexibility combined with great resistance allows it to reach important conveyor lengths.

The Friction Top models combine plastic and rubber in the same piece, obtaining the benefits of both, the modular system and the grip.  
The rubber is manufactured in three grades of Shore hardness A35, A45 and A60, which cover a wide range between two opposing properties, grip and wear.

• E30 Series Trian Friction Top: This is designed with small transverse triangles that provide mini-pushers for easy and effective cleaning. Ideal for applications where drainage through the belt is necessary, avoiding accumulation of particles on the belt surface. It is easy to clean and pressurised water can be applied through the belt. 

• E30 Series Flat Friction Top: With a flat rubber surface, it is ideal for all applications where a maximum grip area is required. Belt designed for product transfer with transfer tabs. Its grid shape and 32% open surface are ideal for applications where a drainage through the belt and/or a smaller contact surface with the product is needed, avoiding as much as possible its adherence to the belt.

The E925 Series is part of a new range of curved plastic modular belts with the ability to rotate in less space, in short, a new curve with minimum radii.
With a rod diameter of 6 mm and a "clip lock" system, it is also one of the strongest and most stable on the market.

The B50 Series, with a pitch of 50 mm, is one of the most hygienic and durable plastic modular belt for the food industry with a rod retention system. With fully rounded edges, open ends and a larger opening in the hinge area, it is also very easy to clean during operation. The smooth, perforated surface allows air to pass through, liquids to drain and residue build-up is reduced to a minimum.

Its drive bar at the bottom of the belt and the compact design of its gears make this belt the best alternative for large conveyors with heavy loads.
Manufactured with materials that are highly resistant to scratching and penetration, it offers great reliability in processes with cutting tools or the possibility of significant impacts.
Especially suitable for the meat industry or processes where cleanliness is an essential factor.

Two of the most important concerns in the conveyor belt market are; safe traction and easy cleaning. EUROBELT developed the A24 SERIES with these two technological challenges in mind.

The A24 Series with a pitch of 24 mm has a direct drive on two inclined faces with a large contact surface with the sprocket, which provide optimum thrust conditions and make it one of the belts with the most reliable traction on the market.
The special design of this series makes it easy to access the parts that are most difficult to clean. This is why it has been designed with open ends, completely smooth working and return surfaces, openings in the hinge areas and gears with large rounded holes that make the most scrupulous cleaning easy.
